About
吳若昕（Ruo-Hsin Wu，1993）為台灣畫家，畢業於國立臺北藝術大學動畫學系，並取得英國皇家藝術學院（Royal College of Art）視覺傳達碩士學位。她的創作融合東方繪畫精神與西方繪畫技法，並受到日本美學與當代流行文化的影響。作品持續受到國際關注，曾於日本、韓國、新加坡、印尼、西班牙、法國、英國、美國及台灣等地展出。
她的靈感多源於個人經驗與記憶，特別是童年的片段。畫面中經常出現少女與動物的身影，在深色背景中如底片般浮現。
Ruo-Hsin Wu (b. 1993) is a Taiwanese painter. She holds an MA in Visual Communication from the Royal College of Art in the UK and a BA in Animation from Taipei National University of the Arts. Her work blends Western painting techniques with subtle Eastern aesthetics and is influenced by Japanese pop culture. She has exhibited internationally in Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Her inspiration often comes from personal experience, especially memories from childhood. Her paintings depict recurring figures of girls and animals set against black backgrounds, like film negatives capturing moments of childhood and daily life.
